Gillette India names Robin Thadathil as Additional (Executive) Director

Gillette India has appointed Robin Thadathil as an Additional (Executive) Director of the company, effective 1 August 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company’s board at its meeting on 30 July, according to a regulatory filing. Thadathil will hold the position until the company’s ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting.
Thadathil brings with him more than 16 years of experience in P&G Human Resources in various roles across the globe including Singapore, US and, Southeast Asia with experiences ranging from Commercial Teams, Manufacturing Plant and Country HR roles, delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses.
In his most recent stint, he has been running the Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam business, Olay regionally and was the Singapore Site HR leader for APAC Head Quarters.
