Shashank Gaur has been promoted to Head of Organised Trade at Ferrero India. In his new role, Gaur will lead Ferrero India's Modern Trade and E-commerce business.
He wrote in his LinkedIn post, “Organised Trade today is where physical retail and digital commerce converge. The channels may be different, but the fundamentals remain unchanged—put the consumer first, execute with excellence, build strong partnerships, and create sustainable growth.”
Prior to this elevation, he served as Area Lead – Modern Trade & Traditional Trade APAC at Ferrero.
Before joining Ferrero, he held roles at Zydus Wellness, The Kraft Heinz Company, Cargill and Reckitt Benckiser.
