EDME Insurance Brokers names Vinod Krishnan as CEO of Treaty Reinsurance Division

EDME Insurance Brokers has announced the appointment of Vinod Krishnan as the Chief Executive Officer of its Treaty Reinsurance vertical on completion of his current stint at Gallagher.

In his new role, Krishnan will lead the creation and growth of EDME’s specialist global treaty reinsurance business, driving treaty placements, capital advisory, and analytics excellence. He will work closely with domestic and international partners to expand EDME’s global reinsurance footprint, enhance capacity access, and reinforce the firm’s market leadership.

Krishnan brings over three decades of experience across South Korea, South Asia and Southeast Asia. He has held senior leadership roles at broking organizations such as Aon, JLT, Guy Carpenter, Willis and Gallagher, where he led multi-market portfolios and built high-performance teams across Asia.
