Aditi Malhotra has joined Outlook Publishing (India) Private Limited as General Manager – HR, where she will lead the company's human resources function. Malhotra announced her new role on LinkedIn.
She joins Outlook Publishing from Fever FM, part of HT Media Limited, where she served as Senior Manager – Human Resources from March 2022 to September 2026. At Fever FM, she worked as an HR business partner across the content, sales, marketing and corporate functions.
Malhotra previously worked at Better.com as a People Business Partner from January 2021 to March 2022.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly 11 years at Red FM, having joined the organisation as a management trainee in March 2010. She held several HR-related positions during her tenure, most recently serving as Manager – Human Resources from March 2018 to January 2021.
She began her career as a management trainee at MAH India, where she worked from September 2009 to February 2010.
