Abhishek Bhalotia joins 360 ONE as Chief Growth & People Officer

360 ONE has appointed Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer. In his new role, Bhalotia will lead the group’s growth, business development and revenue practice management, along with its people agenda.

Bhalotia will shape and drive 360 ONE’s business development strategy across its Wealth, Asset Management and Capital businesses, covering key client segments including ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), high-net-worth (HNW) and non-resident Indian (NRI) clients, as well as institutional mandates and priority global markets.

In his most recent role, he served as National Business Head of Kotak Bank’s flagship private banking business, where he led the proposition and drove its growth across the country.

Bhalotia brings over three decades of experience with the Kotak Group, where he held leadership roles across private banking, institutional sales, asset management, equity and fixed-income sales and trading, and proprietary investment management in India and international markets.

Abhishek will also lead the People Agenda for 360 ONE, shaping the Group's Talent Management Strategy and Acquisition approach to match its long-term growth objectives. He will partner closely with Wealth, Asset and Capital leadership on strategic business builds as these franchises scale. He will build and own the Learning & Development agenda across businesses and functions, with particular focus on senior management development. As 360 ONE continues to scale and integrate recent acquisitions, Abhishek will also serve as the Group's Culture Custodian, ensuring its values and ways of working stay consistent as the organisation grows.
