ZIEL Network has appointed Ravpreet Ganesh as Group Chief Strategy Officer, as the network enters its next phase of growth and looks to strengthen the strategic integration of its specialist companies.
Ravpreet brings close to three decades of brand and marketing strategy leadership across agency and client-side roles. Her career includes senior positions at Y&R, Lowe, Dentsu, Leo Burnett and Publicis, and she most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rukam Capital, an early-stage consumer brand venture fund. A Cannes Lions winner, she has worked across brands including Google, Airtel, Apple, Samsung, Nestle, Bacardi and Marlboro, according to a press release.
At ZIEL, Ravpreet will shape the Network’s strategic direction and identify opportunities for collaboration across its specialist companies. She will also play a central role in expanding the Network’s presence across markets and developing new capabilities around emerging client needs.
About the appointment, Ankit Grover, Founder, ZIEL Network, said, "We didn't want to build a network first and hope it stayed agile. We built agility first with a house of boutique agencies that already know how to move fast and own outcomes. Now we're designing the network around that. It's boutique at heart, with the future built by design. Ravpreet understands both worlds. She has helped lead large, integrated agencies and has also worked closely with founders, building businesses from the ground up. That combination of strategic vision, operating experience and entrepreneurial thinking is exactly what ZIEL needs for its next chapter.”
On joining ZIEL, Ravpreet Ganesh said: “ZIEL has reached an exciting point in its journey. It has built specialist capabilities without losing the speed, ownership and entrepreneurial spirit. The opportunity now is to connect these strengths around a clear strategic vision, helping clients access deep expertise without the complexity and layers of a conventional network. I look forward to working with leadership teams to build the next phase of ZIEL.”
