Priyanka Arora has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at The Plan Beyond, bringing with her more than 17 years of experience across marketing leadership, business transformation, growth strategy, consumer engagement, brand building, and category creation. 

As a Founding Member and Chief Marketing Officer, she will spearhead the creation of India’s Family Continuity category while driving enterprise-wide brand, growth, market development, and strategic partnership initiatives for the organization.

A recognized marketing and business leader, Priyanka has built an impressive career spanning financial services, telecom, consulting, and digital transformation. Prior to joining The Plan Beyond, she served as Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance, where she led large-scale marketing transformation initiatives, AI-enabled marketing ecosystems, digital-first growth strategies, brand repositioning, and strategic business expansion programs. Her leadership was instrumental in driving customer engagement, revenue acceleration, market share growth, and brand evolution across multiple distribution and partnership channels.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Bharti Life Ventures, Future Generali India Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Airtel, McKinsey & Company, and Max New York Life Insurance. Across these organizations, she developed deep expertise in customer analytics, consumer insights, brand strategy, customer lifetime value management, fintech ecosystem development, digital marketing, product management, strategic planning, and business growth. She has consistently been recognized for building new categories, creating consumer-centric growth models, and delivering measurable business impact through innovation and transformation.
