The fourth edition of IMPACT CMO 40 Under 40 list was unveiled on June 5 in New Delhi in the presence of top industry leaders, business heads and experts. The spectacular awards night recognised and celebrated leaders who are under 40 years of age and are making a mark in the marketing industry.
The awards aim to honour the brand marketers who have made a significant contribution with their body of work, are currently in leadership positions and will be the future faces of the industry.
Today's marketing leaders are expected to shape culture, drive business growth, navigate technological disruption and build brands that remain relevant in an increasingly fragmented consumer landscape. The 2026 edition also reflects the growing influence of women in marketing leadership, with 21 women and 29 men making the final list.
This year’s IMPACT CMO 40 Under 40 list recognises 50 such leaders. From Shreya Sachdev at PUMA India, Richa Batra at Visa and Lavani Agarwal at Mastercard to Sahibjeet Singh Sawhney at Zomato, Nitin Khanna at ACKO, Saurabh Sharma at Ather Energy and Arpan Biswas at Reliance Ajio, the cohort reflects the breadth of modern marketing leadership across industries. Together, they represent sectors ranging from FMCG, automotive and financial services to media, technology, retail and D2C.
The winners have been selected after extensive deliberations and discussions. These leaders have distinguished themselves through strategic thinking, creativity, innovation and measurable business impact and more importantly, they are helping define what the future of marketing will look like!
