Vinay Golikeri has been elevated to Regional President – AMEA and Global Travel Retail (GTR) at Bacardi. In his expanded role, he will lead Bacardi's business across the AMEA region and Global Travel Retail, driving commercial growth, market expansion, and strategic priorities. The appointment is effective October 1, 2026.
Prior to his promotion, Vinay Golikeri held the role of Managing Director - Bacardi India and Southeast Asia. Vinay has spent over 20 years at Bacardi in commercial and marketing roles, and for the past three and a half years has been leading and growing top emerging markets.
He previously led GTR and brands at the country level. Vinay now joins Nacho and Vijay on the company’s Global Leadership Team reporting to CEO Mahesh Madhavan.
