As National Head - Media & Growth, Kumar will spearhead Efficacy Worldwide's national media operations and growth agenda, driving strategic business expansion while helping clients harness the convergence of media, creativity, data, technology, and AI. Working closely with the leadership team, he will strengthen client partnerships, accelerate new business development, and deliver future-ready marketing solutions that create measurable business impact.
With over 20 years of experience, Kumar has held leadership roles at including WPP, Mudra, Starcom, and most recently Havas Media Group. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven business transformation by combining strategic media thinking, commercial acumen and deep client partnerships to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Over the years, Kumar has led integrated media mandates and growth initiatives for several marquee brands including Hyundai Motors, Voltas, Voltas Beko, Tata 1mg, JBL, Valvoline, Sujata Appliances, Norton, Zupee, Hamdard and Emma Sleep, earning a reputation for building high-performing teams, unlocking new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
