Zee Media has announced that it will pay 'variable salary' to all its employees. The 'variable salary', the company said, will be given according to the performance of the employees.
Variable pay refers to the payment made by an employer to its employees for their contribution to the growth and success of the organization. It is usually paid in the form of incentive pay, bonus or commission.
Meanwhile, earlier, e4m’s sister concern Samachar4Media had reported that Zee Media is preparing to reduce the workforce by 20 percent. In this connection, many employees have been asked to resign.
