Nirmal Jitendra Shah has joined Zee Media as Revenue Head - Digital for Indiadotcom Digital Private Limited (IDPL).
Shah will focus on driving ad sales revenue for all our digital properties, nationally.
With over 20 years of experience, he brings a strong background in digital and media sales.
Shah is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in building and scaling ad revenue across diverse industries and platforms. As Sales Head at FanCode, he was instrumental in driving sponsorships and ad sales across a variety of sports, while nurturing teams and fostering innovation in a competitive media landscape.
Previously, as National Sales Head at SonyLIV, he played a pivotal role in scaling ad revenue from ₹3 crore to over ₹200 crore within 5.5 years, securing major sponsorships for marquee events such as KBC, Shark Tank India, and international sports properties.
At Network18, Shah spearheaded mobile ad sales for Moneycontrol, News18, and Firstpost, delivering consistent year-over-year growth and cultivating strong relationships with CMOs and media heads. Earlier roles at Sify Technologies, Hindustantimes.com, and CIOL.com further showcased his expertise in driving revenue through innovative branding solutions, new business development, and strategic client management. Beginning his career as a Marketing Executive at Shalimar Paints, he established dealer networks and implemented targeted sales strategies. His proficiency in business strategy, sponsorship sales, team management, and go-to-market strategies has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career.
