Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has secured the exclusive media rights for the 23rd Commonwealth Games.

The 2026 Commonwealth Games will take place in Glasgow, Scotland, from July 23 to August 2, 2026, and will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Network channels and streamed live on Sony LIV across the Indian subcontinent.

India heads into the Games on historic momentum. At the previous edition in Birmingham in 2022, India delivered great performance, securing 61 medals, including 22 gold, to finish fourth in the overall standings. The performance marked a significant milestone in the nation's rise as a Commonwealth sporting powerhouse. The sports programme includes Athletics, Swimming, Artistic Gymnastics, Track Cycling, Netball, Weightlifting, Boxing, Judo, Bowls, and 3x3 Basketball.
