Indian Ambassador to Israel JP Singh along with a delegation of Indian journalists met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem yesterday. During the visit, the two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations. In particular, security and economic cooperation were discussed in detail. Prime Minister Netanyahu described the partnership with India as important from a strategic point of view and emphasized on finding new areas of cooperation in the future. Ambassador Singh briefed on the efforts being made by India in Israel and expressed satisfaction over the progress of bilateral cooperation.
After the meeting, Prime Minister Netanyahu also met a delegation of senior journalists from India and answered their questions. During this interaction, he shared his views on the strength of India-Israel relations, mutual cooperation and regional challenges. The journalist delegation included eminent journalists like Aditya Raj Kaul, TV9 Network;
