Aman Gupta has announced the launch of his first book, The Glass House: Leadership and Reputation in an Era of Radical Transparency, which is now available on Amazon.
The book examines leadership, reputation and trust in a world where greater transparency has placed leaders and their actions under constant scrutiny.
Gupta is a business leader, entrepreneur, investor and advisor on reputation, leadership and strategic communications. With over two decades of experience, he has worked with organisations and leaders across health, policy, business and society.
He founded SPAG, a health communications consultancy, which was later acquired by FINN Partners. Gupta currently serves as Managing Partner at FINN Partners.
