- Singhal previously served as CEO of GMR Airports Ltd. in Singapore, overseeing global strategy and business development.
- He brings over 40 years of experience in infrastructure and EPC, including 16 years in international markets, managing projects worth approximately ₹28,500 crore across five countries.
- HCC's Vice Chairman, Arjun Dhawan, emphasized Singhal's extensive experience in large infrastructure businesses as a key asset for the company's growth.
Hindustan Construction Company Limited (HCC) announced the appointment of Vivek Singhal as Chief Executive Officer, effective November 5, 2026.
Singhal joins HCC from GMR Airports Ltd., Singapore, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for global strategy, P&L management, business development and airport asset development across international markets.
Singhal brings over four decades of experience in infrastructure and EPC, spanning project execution, business leadership, business development and P&L management. His experience includes 16 years in international markets, delivering projects and managing assets worth ~₹28,500 across five countries.
He has worked across airports, metro rail, urban transport, hydropower, bridges and other infrastructure sectors.
Arjun Dhawan, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, HCC said: “Vivek has built and run large infrastructure businesses across India and international markets and has delivered at scale. That depth will strengthen HCC’s leadership as we build on our engineering and execution capabilities and enter our next phase of growth.”
Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Tata Projects Ltd.; GMR Group in the Maldives; Alpine Bau GmbH in Singapore; and Larsen & Toubro.
