Aspect Realty appoints Suraj Kulkarni as COO & Head – Partnership Business

Aspect Realty, part of Aspect Global, has appointed Suraj Kulkarni as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head – Partnership Business. In his new role, he will oversee operations and project execution, with a focus on joint ventures, strategic partnerships, development initiatives and efficient project delivery.

With over three decades of experience in real estate and infrastructure, Suraj Kulkarni has held senior leadership positions at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Larsen & Toubro Realty, Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited and Peninsula Land Limited. As the COO at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, he oversaw large-scale developments, spanning project strategy, planning, execution, stakeholder management and timely delivery. At Larsen & Toubro Realty, he led business and project development, evaluating opportunities for large-scale urban developments. He was also part of the core team involved in developing Terminal 2 at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport during his tenure at GVK. Earlier, at Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited, he served as Head – Business Development, contributing to the deployment and investment strategy of a USD 650 million fund.
