Rathin Rawal has joined Esal Tech as Chief Operating Officer. The company announced his appointment on LinkedIn.
Rawal brings experience across strategic leadership, operations, product development and entrepreneurship, with a career spanning consulting, technology businesses and early-stage ventures.
His experience includes driving digital and operating model transformations across the GCC, developing products and go-to-market strategies, and leading commercial and distribution initiatives.
He was most recently serving as Principal at Arthur D. Little in Dubai. Earlier, he has also held roles at PRISM, Snapdeal and others.
