Premiered on January 7, 2020, Mr & Mrs Season 2 is a weekly digital series that is available on TVFPlay and Girliyapa’s YouTube.

Written by its lead actor Biswapati Sarkar who plays Sanju and Nidhi Bisht as Madhu, also one of its lead characters, Mr & Mrs is a 5 episode humour filled series. The show takes away from the standard one-dimensional soap and portrays the real challenges faced by young married couples in modern India. Mr & Mrs attempts to create a refreshing experience by essentially bringing forth a modern lifestyle to make every moment worth living in the myriad reality.

On launching Season 2 of one of Girliyapa’s most successful shows, Sarjita Jain, Channel Head - Girliyapa at The Viral Fever said, “Mr & Mrs has been one of our marquee shows on Girliyapa. Season on season, the series continues to add a humorous take on marriage hood that is relatable to contemporary couples. One common tying factor that all couples share after transitioning into married life is the need for a good home. Livspace happens to be India’s most admired brand for home interior solutions and was a perfect fit for this new season. We are very excited about this partnership and are certain that our viewers will enjoy this season just like the previous one.”

Varun A R, Head of Brand Marketing at Livspace added, “We want to connect with our core audience, through our partnership with TVF, and educate them about the major problems, homeowners face while working with unorganized players, for their home interiors. One of our key goals is category creation for a full-stack home interior solution like Livspace, bringing about a change in how individuals perceive the process of doing their home interiors. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the TVF Girliyapa team to integrate this message and create a compelling script that addressed the challenges faced by consumers in our category. We look forward to the response from the viewers of Mr and Mrs.”
