It’s a special day for Rashi Khanna, founder of Kyaa Matlab Network and one of India’s most prominent voices in digital storytelling, as she celebrates her birthday today. A content entrepreneur, coach and changemaker, Khanna has spent over two decades shaping conversations that bridge creativity, empathy, and business impact.

Through her initiative Kyaa Matlab, Khanna has built a platform that uses podcasts as a medium for authentic storytelling and brand connection.

Recently, the network launched its G.A.P:  Gift A Podcast campaign, a Diwali special that allows people to gift a podcast to a small business or entrepreneur. The campaign offers small enterprises the opportunity to access professional podcast production, website support, and promotional assistance, in collaboration with The Berlin School of Podcasting. The idea is to empower local entrepreneurs to tell their stories and reach wider audiences through the power of voice.

Khanna’s professional journey iis a blend of media innovation and social purpose. With over 1,000 podcast shows, 700 business stories and 500 branded influencer collaborations, her career reflects a rare mix of creative leadership and community spirit. She also serves as an advisor to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and holds certification as a lay counselor from NIMHANS, Bengaluru.

Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Khanna has been actively involved in initiatives supporting women, children and the transgender community through her foundation, Ra by Rashi. Her work continues to blur the boundaries between storytelling, advocacy and enterprise, proving that empathy and entrepreneurship can go hand in hand.
