The founders of Sirona have bought back the wellness brand from the Good Glamm Group.
In a LinkedIn post, Sirona Co-founder Deep Bajaj said that because of Good Glam's changing priorities it was deemed fit to 'reclaim the brand'.
In October 2024, the Good Glamm Group acquired Sirona Hygiene for Rs 450 crore.
Good Glamm had earlier invested Rs 100 crore in Sirona with primary and secondary investments.
Later in November, Deep Bajaj stepped down as Sirona co-founder after helming the group for over 8 years.
