The Good Glamm Group has acquired Sirona Hygiene for Rs 450 crore, as per media reports.
Darpan Sanghvi, Group Founder and CEO, Good Glamm Group, has said that the acquisition is part of "sharing a common goal of empowering women through innovative and accessible health solutions".
Good Glamm had earlier invested Rs 100 crore in Sirona with primary and secondary investments.
Sirona Founders Deep Bajaj and Mohit Bajaj have stepped down as active directors.
