The Good Glamm Group has announced that it is undertaking a restructuring at the Board level along with a fundraise.
The company is in the process of appointing new members to the Board, it said on a social media post.
In November last year, Good Glamm announced completion of 100% acquisition of The Moms Co. This came a little after its acquisition of Sirona Hygiene for Rs 450 crore.
The company also roped in Anika Malik Wadhera, who was earlier with Sirona, as Group Director-Marketing.
