India’s biggest D2C summit & awards to be held in New Delhi today

The stage is set for exchange4media’s inaugural edition of the e4m D2C Revolution: Summit & Awards 2022. e4m will host the biggest festival in the D2C arena today at JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi. The conclave and awards are presented by Viacom18 and Powered by Times Network. Snapmint and Shoptimize are the Co-Gold Partners. Spinta Digital is the Associate partner for the summit and awards, and Neil Patel Digital India & Delhivery are the Co-Partners. 

The theme of this edition of the summit is “Marketing of D2C Brands & Expanding the D2C universe”.

The e4m D2C Revolution Summit 2022 will bring some of India's most disruptive D2C brands and their top management to interact and share insights on their game-changing success stories under one roof. 

The first speaker to take the stage will be Vardhan Phadnis, Co-founder and Chief Sales Officer, Shoptimize. Phadnis will share how brands can make growth predictable, accessible and affordable for brands of every size in his session on ‘Algorithmic eCommerce’. 

Increasing internet penetration has increased the visibility of D2C brands, but it has also led to a cluttered and competitive ecosystem. In the first panel discussion, panellists will try to understand the role of eCommerce in the D2C world, and the importance of celebrity engagement in the D2C arena. They will try and find out the answer to the primary question: What do investors want?

In a fireside chat with Ruhail Amin, Senior Editor, BW Businessworld, Kapil Makhija, CEO, Unicommerce will discuss “How a great post-purchase experience can help in building a profitable D2C business”.

Another panel discussion at the e4m D2C Revolution Summit stage will witness panellists exploring how brands are creating experiences and expanding their distribution through physical channels, how engagement is driven for a D2C brand and whether will consumers change their mindset and consumption patterns. 

This panel presented by GoKwik on “The Future of the D2C Industry” will be moderated by Gaurav Dhawan, Executive Vice President & Network Revenue Head, Times Network.

After the chat, there will be another panel discussion at the Summit. Panellists will explore what parameters define success and the secrets of building a successful D2C brand in India.
