HUL named ‘Brand of the Year’ at ICMA 2024

At the Indian Content & Marketing Awards (ICMA) 2024, Hindustan Unilever Limited was honoured with the ‘Brand of the Year’ title. The ninth edition of the awards was held on December 18 in Mumbai. Apart from being the ‘Brand of the Year’, Hindustan Unilever Limited also 6 gold metals and 5 gold metals for its impressive and outstanding content marketing campaigns.

On winning the award, Tejas Apte, General Manager, Media & DMC South Asia at Unilever Limited, shared an inspiring speech highlighting the power of innovation, strategy, and teamwork behind their success. "Thanks to e4m for this lovely award. We always believe in power of content. I think we've been pioneers of content, at least in this market, and we hope to do a lot of great work going forward. Kudos to the team".

The other key awards of the night in the Platinum Category were bagged by Mindshare and White Rivers Media. While Mindshare was named the ‘Agency of the Year’, White Rivers Media was adjudged the ‘Independent Agency of the Year’.

The spectacular Indian Content & Marketing Awards was graced by top industry leaders, marketers and experts from the advertising and marketing sphere. ICMA celebrates excellence in the field of content marketing, recognizing and honouring outstanding campaigns, creators, and agencies for their exceptional work.

The awards highlight innovative strategies and impactful storytelling that drive engagement, build strong brands, and connect with audiences. The jury of ICMA 2024 was chaired by Rajneet Kohli, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, Britannia while the Co Jury Chair was Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor in Chief, BW BusinessWorld and Founder, exchange4media Group. The other jury members were renowned personalities from the industry.
