Subi Chaturvedi, Global Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at InMobi, has been named a member of the newly formed Uttar Pradesh Digital Economy Group (UPDEG).

The group, constituted by the Department of IT and Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh, will serve as a strategic advisory body to drive digital transformation, innovation, investments, and inclusive growth across sectors in the state.

Subi Chaturvedi’s inclusion signals a forward-thinking approach by the state government, bringing in a global voice with expertise in public policy, digital economy, and corporate affairs. With her extensive experience across government engagement, tech policy, and sustainability, her role is expected to strengthen the bridge between global best practices and local innovation ecosystems.

The 12-member UPDEG includes a dynamic mix of bureaucrats, technocrats, startup founders, venture capitalists, and global tech experts. The group will advise the state on the creation of a world-class digital ecosystem, aligning with initiatives like Digital India and AatmaNirbhar Bharat. Their focus areas include promoting investments, job creation, startup incubation, inclusive innovation, and improving ease of doing business in the digital sector.

UPDEG’s mandate also includes developing mechanisms to streamline digital services and governance, improving transparency, and creating a conducive environment for digital entrepreneurs.
