In a year marked by economic uncertainty, News24 has demonstrated strong growth and reaffirmed its commitment to impartial journalism, emerging as a resilient force in the Indian media landscape.
With nearly two decades of broadcasting behind it, the channel has expanded its brand partnerships to over 300, adding 135 new clients in FY 2024–25. This surge in advertiser confidence has contributed to a double-digit revenue increase, despite broader market challenges.
Speaking on the channel’s growth trajectory, Editor-in-Chief Anurradha Prasad said, “At News24, we’ve always believed that democracy thrives when voices aren’t drowned out by bias. Our growth this year—with more brands and viewers choosing us—is a testament to the power of staying impartial yet engaged.”
The channel attributes its success to a consistent editorial approach that prioritizes balanced reporting over sensationalism. Amit Sethi, National Sales Head for Corporate and Retail Sales, added, “Despite market headwinds, we’ve welcomed 135+ new brands, taking our total past 300. This, alongside strong double-digit revenue growth, proves that our neutrality isn’t just a stance—it’s a strategy that works.”
As part of its forward strategy, News24 is strengthening its prime-time programming, launching new shows, and upgrading its on-screen presence to deliver a more premium viewer and advertiser experience.
The channel plans to continue this momentum by widening its reach and further enhancing its content to foster informed and democratic discourse. “We’re not just building a media brand; we’re nurturing a movement that stands for truth, fairness, and democracy,” Prasad noted.
