Kolkata turns blue to herald Godrej Blue launch

Godrej Properties Ltd. teamed up with full-service digital agency First Economy to colour Kolkata blue. The multifaceted media activation was carried out on 30th October to mark the launch of Godrej Blue, a residential project in New Alipore, Kolkata that offers luxurious amenities.
As part of the execution, the company decided to highlight the concept of “blue” inspired by the large water body in the property. The company roped in five mainline dailies of Kolkata with ad jackets on pages 1 & 2.
Iconic structures and monuments like the Howrah Bridge, The Clock Tower, Acropolis Mall & South City Mall were lit up in blue light. Fifteen-second ads ran on all digital screens and conveyor belts at the Kolkata airport.
Most LED screens in the city only ran ads for Godrej Blue for the whole day and over 75 hoardings showcased ads for the premium residential project.
Additionally, Godrej Properties roped in superstar Prosenjit and Curly Tales as part of the campaign’s influencer marketing efforts and also teamed up with Amazon to co-brand delivery boxes.
