Hybrid marks six years of operations in India, a run that has taken it from a founding team of two to a presence across five cities, including Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Nagpur.

The company is marking the milestone under the banner ‘Hybrid Turns Six – The Next Move Is Ours,’ framing the anniversary not as a retrospective but as a statement of what comes next for its India business.

Over six years in India, Hybrid has brought in India the global full-stack ad tech ecosystem, and this anniversary marks its most significant addition yet: the Attention Index, a proprietary scoring system built on more than five years of merged campaign data.

It benchmarks every creative's attention performance against that dataset and surfaces specific recommendations for executions that fall short – turning attention from something brands measure after a campaign runs into something they can correct before it does. The Index sits on top of a stack built the same way: CTV, cross-screen advertising via the Hybrid Platform, and VOX, Hybrid's AI-vision platform, which places ads where attention is already looking and layers on AI-driven formats – WOW and 3D effects, scene-aware Detection, Scratch, Shoppable, and Conversation – all developed in-house. Over these years, Hybrid has also partnered with Kantar on brand-lift studies and Lumen Research on attention and eye-tracking analysis, so the Index's scoring isn't a black box – it's built on the same independent measurement the company has run for years.

The company picked up recognition across the industry's leading award programmes this past year alone, including wins tied to campaigns for Vi-John, BMW, De Beers, and more. Its client roster also includes Visa, Mahindra, CenturyPly, Swiggy, Shell and many more across industries and categories.

"India was never a side bet for us – it has always been a market that defines where this company goes next," said Sergey Kovalev, Global CEO, Hybrid. "Six years in, the numbers prove it. The next phase of growth here is already underway, and it goes well beyond revenue. The Attention Index exists because a market like this gave us the scale to build it right. That's what patience buys you."

"India was never a side bet for us – it was always going to be one of the markets that defined where this company goes next," said Sergey Kovalev, Global CEO, Hybrid. "Six years in, the numbers back that up. The next phase of growth here isn't speculative anymore – it's already underway, and it shows up in more than revenue. The Attention Index exists because a market like this one gave us the scale to build it properly. That's what patience actually buys you."

"What's happened in India over six years is proof of something we believe globally: that deliberate, patient market-building outperforms chasing quick wins," said Shreyas Sathe, CEO & MD, Hybrid INSEA.

“The last year alone made that obvious – new clients in categories we weren’t in before, a leadership team that’s grown alongside the business instead of being bolted onto it, and a market that’s stopped treating us like the new entrant. The next six years are about consolidating that position, not re-earning it.”

As part of the anniversary, Hybrid is running a company-wide internal initiative engaging employees across all five Indian cities in the celebration – reflecting the fact that this growth has been built by a genuinely distributed team, not a single headquarters. Six years in, the company says the bigger story isn’t what’s already happened – it’s what comes next.
