  • Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd reported a 56.9% year-on-year revenue increase to Rs 728 million for Q1 FY27, with EBITDA rising 77% to Rs 154 million and profit after tax nearly doubling to Rs 117 million.

Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd reported strong Q1 FY27 results, with revenue rising 56.9% year-on-year to Rs 728 million, EBITDA increasing 77% to Rs 154 million and profit after tax nearly doubling to Rs 117 million. EBITDA margin improved to 21.2%, while PAT margin stood at 16.1% for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company said growth was driven by demand from direct advertisers in quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, along with business from global clients through its reseller and agency channel. Direct clients contributed 65.2% of revenue, while international markets accounted for 20.7%, up from 11.5% in FY2026.

Mobavenue also highlighted product and market expansion during the quarter. It launched the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI layer that will be embedded across its adtech and consumer growth stack, and introduced PiiX (πX) for Apple Ads.

The company expanded its global footprint by opening offices in the United States and Singapore. It also said the quarter marked a broader shift toward building an AI-native platform infrastructure for outcome-driven consumer growth.

Commenting on the results, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD & CEO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said: “A key milestone this quarter was the launch of the Mobavenue Neural Engine, a unified AI intelligence layer being progressively embedded across our proprietary infrastructure in the coming quarters, strengthening real-time decisioning, predictive modelling, and outcome optimisation across the A3 framework. The company added that it delivered 14.16 million consumer outcomes in the quarter, up 57.3% year-on-year, with revenue per outcome at Rs 49.94, up 11%.

Q1 FY27 and Q1 FY26 figures are unaudited and consolidated, while Q4 FY26 numbers are derived from audited annual results, the company noted.
