Advertising industry veteran and former agency Group COO Sanjeev Jasani, along with technology expert Shubham Saurabh, has launched TurboAgents, a global AI-powered marketing platform aimed at bringing integrated marketing capabilities to small businesses, independent entrepreneurs and boutique advertising agencies.

Headquartered in Gurugram, TurboAgents brings together 39 specialised AI agents across seven marketing functions, including strategy, creative, social media, ecommerce, video, search engine optimisation (SEO) and productivity. The platform is designed to help businesses plan, create and execute marketing campaigns without having to build large in-house teams or engage multiple specialist agencies.

The launch comes at a time when generative AI adoption is expanding across the advertising and marketing industry, with businesses increasingly using tools for content writing, image generation and video production. However, integrating these individual capabilities into a consistent marketing strategy and execution process remains a challenge, particularly for smaller businesses with limited resources and access to specialist talent.

TurboAgents seeks to address this gap by bringing multiple marketing functions into a connected workflow, allowing businesses to move from research and strategy to creative development and campaign execution through a single platform.

Its central feature, Brand Brain, creates a business profile by analysing its website and understanding its brand identity, products, target audience and competitive landscape. The intelligence gathered through this process informs the output generated by the platform's different AI agents, reducing the need for users to repeatedly brief individual tools about their businesses.

"For 28 years, I have built marketing teams for some of the biggest brands and have seen how the best work happens when strategy, creative and execution operate together, with a shared understanding of the brand. Smaller businesses have traditionally lacked access to this kind of integrated capability. TurboAgents brings that agency-style approach to businesses without the need for large marketing teams," said Jasani, founder and CEO, TurboAgents.

The platform also features a Workflow Builder that allows users to connect specialised AI agents and create end-to-end marketing processes. Instead of using separate tools for individual tasks, businesses can build workflows that combine market research, strategic planning, content development and campaign execution.

The system is designed to generate ready-to-use marketing outputs, including marketing reports, digital advertising creatives, ecommerce listings, short-form videos and Google Ads campaign files. Its Brand Brain feature also allows users to review and validate business and brand information before it is used to generate marketing material.

"Small businesses do not necessarily need more AI tools. They need a connected system that understands their business and brings together research, strategy, creative and execution. We have built that discipline into the software," said Saurabh, co-founder, TurboAgents.

The platform is targeting a wide range of customers, including solo entrepreneurs, consultants, freelancers, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, marketplace sellers, multi-location businesses and boutique advertising agencies managing multiple clients.

The founders bring complementary backgrounds to the venture. Jasani has spent 28 years in the advertising and marketing industry, having worked with agencies including Ogilvy, JWT, Contract and Cheil SWA, where he rose to the position of Group COO. His experience spans brand building, business growth and the development of integrated advertising and marketing teams.

Saurabh, a technology evangelist, specialises in interaction design, advanced new media and human-computer interfaces, bringing a human-centred design approach to the platform's development.
