Chatterbox Technologies set to go public

Chatterbox Technologies Limited proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Thursday, 25th September, 2025, with shares to be listed on the BSE SME platform. The shares have a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹ 110 - ₹ 115 Per Share. Post-IPO, QYOU Media Inc. and Raj Mishra, as promoters, will together hold approximately 60% of the company’s shareholding.
