Cannes Lions unveils Dan Wieden Titanium Lions, inaugural Creative Brand Lions jury

- The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity will be held from June 22 to 26, 2026, featuring the newly introduced Creative Brand Lions Jury alongside the Dan Wieden Titanium Lions Jury.
- The Creative Brand Lions will honor brands that are innovating in systems, cultures, and capabilities, led by Marcel Marcondes, Global CMO of AB InBev.
- The Dan Wieden Titanium Lions Jury, which celebrates groundbreaking creativity, will be chaired by Chaka Sobhani, Global Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\Worldwide.
- Simon Cook, CEO of LIONS, emphasized the significance of the juries in shaping the future of creativity, highlighting the importance of cultural and systemic conditions for impactful work.
The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, taking place 22–26 June 2026, has announced the line-up for the Dan Wieden Titanium Lions Jury and unveiled the inaugural Creative Brand Lions Jury for 2026.
The newly introduced Creative Brand Lion will recognise the visionary brands that are building the systems, cultures and capabilities.
The Jury will be led by AB InBev’s Global Chief Marketing Officer, Marcel Marcondes.
The Dan Wieden Titanium Lions, celebrating game changing creativity, will be led by Chaka Sobhani, Global Chief Creative Officer, TBWA\Worldwide, Global.
Commenting on this year’s line-up, Simon Cook, CEO, LIONS, said: “The calibre of this year’s Juries reflects the true architects of modern creativity – leaders who are actively shaping the direction of our industry. The introduction of the Creative Brand Lion, alongside the Dan Wieden Titanium Lions Jury, made up of some of the industry’s most experienced leaders, reflects the future-facing view of creativity – one that’s driven by the cultures and conditions that make world-class work inevitable. As the late and great Dan Wieden said, it's only when these conditions are in place that ‘the work stops the industry in its tracks and makes us reconsider the way forward’.”
