Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has kicked off a new media agency review, opening up a mandate estimated to be around ₹200 crore, according to a media report.
According to the report, the review comes after a six-year tenure.
The pitch has reportedly triggered intense competition among top agency networks. Incumbents IPG—now integrated into Omnicom—and Omnicom Media are said to be in the fray, along with several other major contenders.
Back in May 2018, OMD India had been appointed to manage media responsibilities for Wipro Consumer Care across its brand portfolio.
Before this, the media duties were managed by Wavemaker.
