live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore in a pre-series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round comprises primary capital to fund growth and a secondary component that provides partial liquidity to early shareholders.
As per reports, the company will use the funds to develop its AI agent platform, expand enterprise deployments and strengthen its presence across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

“live2.ai is building an AI-native operating system to bring these workflows together. The platform combines category-specific small language models, vision AI and multi-stage inference to discover, understand and activate content at scale”, the post added.
Live2.ai was founded by Venkat J, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora. The company has built an AI-powered platform that connects social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce activation.
