BW Disrupt is set to host the BW Disrupt Founders’ Forum and BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Awards 2026 in association with BW Businessworld tomorrow, September 15, from 10:30 AM onwards at The Park, New Delhi, bringing together founders, investors and business leaders under the theme “Towards India’s Next Growth Decade.”
The forum will open with Dr Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief, BW Businessworld and Founder, Exchange4media Group, examining whether India’s startup economy can contribute USD 1 trillion to GDP by 2030, setting the context for a day focused on the scale, quality and durability of India’s next phase of entrepreneurial growth.
Impactful Conversations
The forum will examine how the growth equation is changing across capital, consumption and enterprise building. The session “The New Grammar of Growth: Capital, Conviction and Companies That Endure” will bring founders and business leaders together to examine what it takes to build enduring companies in a more discerning growth environment.
The conversation will be followed by “Bharat’s Billion-Consumer Opportunity”, which will look at the next consumption revolution and how emerging brands are building for India’s increasingly diverse consumer base. Speakers include Abhinav Parashar, Co-founder and CEO, Digio; Swati Babel, Founder and CEO, Globizera Services FZCO; Sneh Sharma, Co-founder and CMO, Dogsee Chew; Niharika Joshi, Co-founder and CMO, Cumin Co; and Bhuman Dani, Founder and CEO, WickedGud, among others.
The afternoon sessions will shift the focus to productive capacity and capital allocation, with “Inside India’s Manufacturing Moment: Founders, Factories and The Future” examining the opportunities emerging across manufacturing, energy and industrial businesses.
The forum will then turn to “The Great Capital Reset”, bringing leading investors including Ashish Kumar, Co-founder and General Partner, Fundamentum; Sukhmani Bedi, Co-founder, Orios Venture Partners; Ntasha, Co-founder and Managing Partner, VG Capital; and Shashank Randev, Founder and General Partner, 247VC, to discuss changing investment patterns, the renewed focus on fundamentals and what the next cycle of venture capital could look like. The final conversation, “The Decade-Builders: What Will India’s 40 Under 40 Leave Behind?”, will examine the companies and capabilities being built by the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The forum will culminate with the 10th edition of the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Awards 2026, recognising young leaders who are building businesses, creating new categories and contributing to India’s evolving entrepreneurial landscape.
The milestone edition will celebrate a decade of recognising emerging business leaders while placing their achievements within the larger question of what India’s next growth decade will demand from its entrepreneurs and enterprises.
