CVL Srinivas is “Srini” for us. Over the years as WPP Country Head, Srini’s leadership fuelled WPP in India and inspired all of us. Srini has never been the loudest voice in the room, he believes in action with conviction on what matters.
His quiet but amazing confidence fails to go unnoticed. Under his leadership, WPP in India thrived in scale and relevance. His client partnerships are strong and enduring. I have always looked to Srini for advice, and encouragement, from my days as an Account Director, when Srini was leading GroupM, to my current role as CEO of VML India. He remembers names, makes time for people and in his tenure, created a culture of collaboration and partnership.
The most memorable moments with Srini have been our interactions during WPP Stream in India. Srini has been the soul of WPP Stream, creating new experiences, partnerships and entertaining the audience as a remarkable musician on the tabla.
As Srini moves on to his next chapter, he is leaving behind a strong legacy and leadership bench in India. On behalf of VML India, we wish Srini all the best.
