Energy drink brand Hell Energy has initiated a pitch for its creative and media duties in India, sources close to the development have told exchange4media.
The account is estimated to be in the range of Rs 30–40 crore. While the company has not officially confirmed the move, multiple industry executives said the pitch process has concluded and a new agency is likely to be announced shortly.
Among the agencies that participated in the pitch were Dentsu, Havas and Schbang, according to people aware of the matter.
The development signals a potential strategic reset for Hell Energy in India as competition intensifies in the energy drinks category, which has seen aggressive marketing and expansion over the past few years.
Hell Energy chose not to respond till the time of filing of this story.
