Come Independence Day, and the media gets painted with Green, White and Saffron. With electronic and print media abuzz with stories on ending corruption, getting the financial stability back, ruling party losing its stronghold and the Lokpal Bill getting through, the creative minds have brought out messages that still instil the spark of patriotism, feeling of independence in hearts.

Crayons Advertising has brought out fresh campaigns for four of its clients dedicated for the special day. Speaking about the ads, Ranjan Bargotra, President, Crayons Communication Group, said, “It is great to see equal enthusiasm from both private and public sector clients to join the spirit of Independence. The Creative guys at the agency thoroughly enjoyed the “Freedom to do good work” as there are no commercial mandates in most of these ads. Fortis Healthcare, Tata Motors, Indian Railways, Delhi Govt, MTNL… all have exciting work for the special day.”

Speaking on the idea and thoughts behind the campaign, Aejazz Ahmed, Creative Consultant, Crayons Advertising, said, “The Tata Motors ad talks about the freedom its cars give you in terms of maintenance. The ad also depicts freedom of women of today. Fortis ad fortifies the message of medical assurance and excellence by the brand for the entire Nation on this special occasion. It is great to see enthusiasm in brands to create communications for the special day.”
