Following a global media review, Carat has bagged the media mandate for Deutsche Bank. It is learnt that this development is effective in the APAC markets, including India and China.
No official comments were forthcoming at the time of filing the report, nor could the account size be ascertained, however, it is believed to be substantial.
It may be recalled that the pitch was called in October 2009. MediaCom is the incumbent agency on the account. However, WPP decided to put Mindshare forward for the review, though the latter has HSBC as a client. Grey India handles the India creative business and continues to handle the business out of India.
Deutsche Bank Asia-Pacific is headquartered in Singapore. Worldwide, the company operates in 72 countries and employs approximately 80,000 staff.
