BARC Week 6: Hindustan Unilever bags leadership position among top 10 advertisers
Reckitt Benckiser India took the second position with 132883 insertions and ITC stood at number three with 51958 insertions
In week 6 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India ratings, Hindustan Unilever continues to lead the top ten advertisers list this week. The advertiser registered 179339 insertions this week followed by Reckitt Benckiser (India) in the second position and registered 132883 insertions and ITC LTD stood at number three with 51958 insertions.
Brooke Bond Lipton India bagged the fourth spot with 37552 insertions. Cadbury India Ltd stood at number five with 34363 insertions followed by Procter & Gamble on the sixth position with 25073 insertions and Colgate Palmolive India on the seventh spot with 22978 insertions. Smithkline Beecham, Godrej Consumer Products and Lakme Lever LTD on eight, a ninth and tenth spot with 20482 insertions, 18109 insertions and 16909 insertions respectively.
Top ten Brands in Dettol Toilet Soaps led the top ten brands list in week 6 with 21099 insertions followed by Harpic Bathroom Cleaner on the second spot with 15462 insertions and OLX.IN with 14034 insertions. Trivago on the fourth spot with 13996 insertions. Dettol Antiseptic Liquid stood at number five with 13335 insertions followed by Lux Toilet Soap with 11929 insertions on the sixth spot. Harpic 10/10 stood on the seventh spot with 11537 insertions whereas Surf Excel Easy Wash bagged eight spots with 11445 insertions. Moov Advance Diclofenac Gel and Veet Men Hair Removal cream bagged ninth and tenth spot with 9930 and 9736 insertions respectively.
