Mastiii Star Wars is a musical war between the stars of Bollywood which will be aired every Sunday from 6pm to 7pm. And, will have two songs from the same actor, actress, singer or music composer back-to-back. The show will be telecast twice in a day from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 10am in morning and 5pm to 7pm in evening

Bringing in the laughs, it seems, is paying rich dividends to channels like SAB TV and Mastiii. SAB has been outdoing channels like Imagine and STAR One. On the other hand, Mastiii’s mix of music served up with some comedy is also working. The question, however, is has there been enough experimentation in the comedy genre or is there still untapped potential here?
Keeping up with its initial promise, Mastiii, the music and entertainment channel from Sri Adhikari Brothers, has managed to top this genre for six consecutive weeks on the back of its mix of Hindi music and comedy. Though initially ad-free, the channel has now signed up a host of advertisers.
