Neha Shinde returns to Polycab India as Head - Corporate Communications & PR

Neha Shinde has rejoined Polycab India Limited as Head – Corporate Communications & PR, marking her return to the company after a two-year stint with Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. and Epsilon Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd.

In her new role, Shinde will lead corporate communications and public relations while driving reputation management, strategic communications, and brand storytelling for Polycab India.

Shinde brings over two decade of experience across public relations, corporate communications, media relations, brand storytelling, and communications strategy.

She previously worked with Polycab India for nearly three years, first joining the company as Manager – PR & Corporate Communication in May 2021. In the role, she worked on PR campaigns, media relations, agency management, internal and external communications, website content, and PR-led amplification of marketing campaigns. She was later elevated to Senior Manager – PR & Corporate Communication in April 2023.

With her return to Polycab, Shinde will take on a broader leadership mandate, overseeing the company's corporate communications and PR function while shaping narratives around its business, reputation, and growth.
