National & International campaigns bag top honours at IPRCCA 2019
Dr Pragnya Ram from Aditya Birla Group conferred with Lifetime Achievement Award at the 10th edition of the India PR and Corporate Communications Awards
The 10th edition of the India PR and Corporate Communications Awards (IPRCCA) 2019 was held at Hotel Shangri La, New Delhi, earlier today. The awards recognised the contribution and success of the PR and corporate communications industry with 7 categories and 49 sub-categories.
e4m IPRCCA 2019 is a path-breaking initiative to salute and recognize the contribution of PR consultancies and corporate communication professionals.
The awards were presented to organisations, consultancies, individuals and teams who have achieved extraordinary success from innovative and effective communication campaigns and practices. The event also hosted an all-day conference - India PR and Corporate Communications Conference (IPRCCC) 2019 - where different sessions dealt with various topics concerning the communications industry.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Dr Pragnya Ram from Aditya Birla Group while various agencies and personalities bagged the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.
As part of IPRCCA's first initiative, we launched international awards in SAARC nation categories. Masthead PR from Bangladesh won an award for the best PR Agency in the SAARC Nation Category.
Under the People and Consultancies category, Adfactors PR won the Giant PR Consultancy of the Year award, while Large PR Consultancy of the Year award was given away to AvianWE and Value 360 Communications.
The Young Consultancy of the Year award was bagged by SPRD while Specialist Consultancy of the Year honour was given to Kaizzen. The In-House Team of the Year award was given to Small But Mighty - Ford India Communication Team. “Rising PR Consultancy of the year” was bagged by Wizspk Communication & PR, Mid-Sized PR Consultancy of the Year was given to Media Mantra and the PR and Communications Innovation in Legal Sector award to Commwiser Consultants.
Advantage Services walked away with Best Regional PR Consultancy of the Year honour.
Under the Excellence Awards of IPRCCA 2019, “Young PR / Corporate Communications Professional of the Year” was given to Pratishtha Kaura, Archetype, “Corporate Communications Professional of the Year” was bagged by Sujit Patil, Godrej Group and “PR Professional of the Year” was awarded to Deepshikha Dharmaraj, Genesis BCW.
Several PR agencies, consultancies and corporates also bagged gold, silver and bronze awards. SPAG-ASIA won the Gold under Crisis Management category for their “Amid price capping discourse pitching for quality” campaign while the silver medal went to MSL for their “Economic Development Board of Mauritius”. Adfactors PR won gold in the Public Affairs category for their “Shake it up the CATMi way” campaign. Another interesting campaign by Mahindra&Mahindra bagged Gold for their “#CelebrateDifferently” campaign under “Most innovative use of social media” category.
