Khushil Vaswani has announced he is joining Zeno Group as Managing Director of its Singapore office., marking a new chapter in a career spanning nearly two decades across strategic consulting, public policy, and cross-sector partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region. He shared the news in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Ruder Finn Era, where he played a key role in driving expansion initiatives and strengthening the firm’s market positioning.
A strategic consultant and APAC growth leader, he brings close to 20 years of experience in commercial strategy, government engagement, and partnership development. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with governments, central banks, regulators, and ASEAN institutions, helping navigate complex regulatory landscapes and foster cross-sector collaboration.
At Zeno Group, he is expected to leverage this breadth of experience to strengthen regional growth, deepen institutional relationships, and support clients operating in highly regulated and fast-evolving markets.
