- Her role will involve developing the corporate communications strategy, focusing on media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications to support the company's evolving market position.
- Sanjana brings over five years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, previously working with Olympus India and TranSport Corporation of India Limited.

K2 Infragen Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Sanjana Grover as Assistant General Manager – Corporate Communications, as the infrastructure company strengthens its communications function in line with its expanding business and institutional growth agenda.
The appointment comes at a time when K2 Infragen is sharpening its focus on building stronger stakeholder engagement and creating a more structured corporate communications framework to support its evolving scale, reputation and market positioning.
In her new role, Sanjana will focus on strengthening the company’s corporate communications strategy across media relations, leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, digital and content platforms, internal communications and corporate reputation. She will also work closely with the leadership team to build consistent narratives around K2 Infragen’s business growth, project capabilities, execution philosophy and long-term institutional vision.
Sanjana brings over five years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, with exposure across India and APAC. Prior to joining K2 Infragen, she was associated with Olympus India, where she worked on internal and external communications aligned with regional and global priorities, leadership messaging, digital platforms, and thought leadership.
Earlier, during her tenure with TranSport Corporation of India Limited, she worked across corporate reputation, strategic communications, investor relations, CSR and ESG communications, while also supporting media outreach and strengthening the company’s online share of voice. Her experience also includes building engagement with national as well as international industry bodies and associations.
