Varun Kakaria has joined Mars Pet Nutrition as Chief Digital & Information Officer for North America, after a 13-year stint at Reckitt.
He most recently served as North America CIO at Reckitt. During his 13 years with the company, he worked across business, digital and AI-led transformation initiatives.
At Mars Pet Nutrition, Kakaria will focus on supporting the company's Digital First journey across North America and working with teams across the region and globally. “After 22+ years driving global digital transformation across 40+ markets, I join Mars to help accelerate its Digital First journey. I believe technology is at its best when it solves real problems, simplifies complexity, and delivers measurable value,” he wrote.
Prior to Reckitt, Kakaria held roles at Philips Lighting, PepsiCo, PwC, and others.
