Shashank ND elevated to MD & Executive Chairman at Practo

Practo has elevated Shashank ND Singh, Founder & CEO, to the expanded role of Managing Director and Executive Chairman.

Jagnoor Singh, previously Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective 01 September 2026.

We are now entering a phase that requires us to strengthen execution across our businesses while investing deeply in the ideas that will shape healthcare over the next decade. Jagnoor has brought strong operating rigour and ambition to Practo, and has been instrumental in advancing our growth strategy. Singh has been associated with Practo as Chief Operating Officer since January 2025. Prior to Practo, he held senior operating roles at Bharti Airtel, Unacademy and OYO.

Meanwhile, Siddhartha Nihalani, Co-founder, Practo, has taken on the additional responsibility of Chief Operating Officer - B2C. Rowel Coelho, previously Head of Monetization, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer - B2B.

In addition, Abhinav Lal, Co-founder, Practo, has been named Chief Scientist.
