- Srushti Rao has previous experience in senior marketing and communications positions at XBP Global, IKS Health, and Pearl Academy.
- She is an alumna of IIM-Ahmedabad and holds a degree in Fine Arts; she expressed enthusiasm for enhancing Sagility's brand narrative and culture.
Sagility, a leading tech-enabled healthcare operations and transformation company, has appointed Srushti Rao as Vice President, Global Corporate Communications and PR.
In her new role, Srushti will lead Sagility’s global brand and corporate communications, with a mandate including public relations and investor communications, as well as workplace and employer branding.
This will include playing a key role in strengthening the company’s brand narrative and creating consistent thought leadership, media engagement and brand experience across its global ecosystem.
Prior to this, Srushti Rao has held senior marketing and communications roles at XBP Global, IKS Health, and Pearl Academy. An alumna of the IIM-Ahmedabad, Srushti also holds a degree in Fine Arts.
Commenting on the appointment, Srushti said, “I am excited about my new journey with Sagility where I will focus on strengthening the organization’s brand story, its technology-driven services, customer-centric approach and vibrant work culture.”
