L&T Realty has appointed Bishnupriya Narayan as its new Head of Communications. In her new role, Narayan will lead the company’s communications strategy, corporate reputation, and stakeholder engagement, drawing on her extensive experience in building strategic and high-impact communications programmes across industries.
She joins L&T Realty after spending over three years at Akasa Air, where she most recently served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and CSR. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the airline’s communications narrative and strengthening its reputation during a critical growth phase.
Narayan brings with her a diverse background spanning corporate communications, brand strategy, and public relations, where she has worked across multiple sectors and led integrated communications initiatives. Her career includes stints at Dream Sports, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu Creative PR, Burson, and others, giving her a well-rounded perspective across industries and agency environments.
